I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in school systems, inpatient care, and private practice. I’ve worked with clients from early childhood through adulthood, helping them manage emotional challenges, navigate behavioral concerns, and build healthier ways of coping. In recent years, my focus has been on supporting adults in midlife as they navigate shifting roles, evolving identities, parenting demands, or simply the ongoing work of creating more clarity and balance in their lives.

My approach is grounded in systems theory and the belief that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environments are deeply connected. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and therapeutic tools, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them access and build upon their existing strengths. I place a strong emphasis on developing a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship—because without that foundation, meaningful work can’t happen. When clients feel genuinely supported and understood, growth becomes not just possible, but sustainable.
